Mission, Vision, Values and Purpose
All successful organisations are clear on what they want to achieve through a clear mission statement, can explain how they do this through their vision and are confident on what their culture is, through their values. This bespoke designed workshop will either guide you and your team through the process of creating your mission, vision and values or we can work with your current set to revamp them and bring them to life. We will assess the organisation, honestly, reflecting on the lived-in culture now and where you want to be. Conducting this gap analysis, will allow atendees to develop a clear focus of what changes will mae a difference in achieving the corporate KPI's.
What Makes a Great Manager?
This workshop is designed to cover all the elements required to be a great manager, from both a people and process angle. We look at the basics you need to have in place to lead your people and the people processes that you need to have in place to achieve this. From a process perspective we look at project management, time management, prioritisation and your own personal impact on, not only your team, but your peers and others within the business. Each delegate will leave this workshop with a clearer view on their role as a manager with new tools to help them to become more effective and productive, as well as improving the employee experience of everyone they work with.

The Recruiting for Success training equips Recruiters and Hiring Managers with the tools and expertise they need to recruit candidates successfully, promoting your employer brand and optimising your recruitment processes, whilst enhancing the candidate experience so you get great hires.
This is a highly interactive workshop where the delegates will actually be preparing the tools that they will use during the recruitment process, as well as learning some of the factual details that they need to be aware of when recruiting in the United Kingdom. We walk through the complete recruitment cycle from beginning to end, so that you are able to create an amazing candidate experience and select the right person to join your organisation who will fit the culture and remain with the business for a successful future career.
My Wellbeing and Health Workshop
Wellbeing is described as "the state of being comfortable, healthy or happy" (according to the Oxford English Dictionary). However, in its simplest form, wellbeing is all about personal happiness – feeling good, living and working in a balanced way and being healthy.
In this workshop we cover:
- Why is wellbeing and health so important?
- What is healthy versus unhealthy stress?
- Identifying your own, and others, levels of stress
- How to manage stress and improve your personal resilience – human behavioural science
- An introduction to mindfulness practice
- Experience Tai Chi as an exercise and stress busting tool
- Other health related topics – rest & sleep, exercise and healthy eating
Equality, Diversity and Unconscious bias Workshop
The aim of this workshop is to address the cultural and behavioural issues that drive the equality & diversity agendas in an organisation. Our bespoke workshop will take delegates on a journey of discovery into why we need a trusting team culture from a business perspective, what actually creates a great engaged team culture, what makes people tick (human behavioural neuroscience) and into the area of bullying, harassment and unequal treatment of others, including insights into unconscious bias.
Team Building Day
This unique, fun and experiential day for teams, will give your people not only an experience they won't forget and improve their team working skills, but also give them an insight into running an organisation. The delegates will be split into teams and across the day will run competing businesses. Using a computer simulation each team will be faced with business decisions, people issues and make investment plans for their business and compete with the other teams to win the day! Once completed we debrief the delegates on what they have learned about themselves and their colleagues to create learnings to take back to the workplace.
