Talent Development – Myself
We have designed this workshop to give delegates a deep and authentic insight into themselves. Attendees will leave with a greater understanding of their skills, motivations and behaviours – and equipped with the tools to help them manage their workload and stakeholders more efficiently and effectively. Beyond that, the workshop helps delegates understand how their own personal style influences others, empowering them with the awareness to achieve more individually and as part of a team, by building positive working relationships and planning a new way of working.
Talent Development – My Wellbeing & Health
As a manager you have not only the responsibility for maximising the performance of your team to hit targets, but also that of ensuring the wellbeing and health of your people. Stress and mental health issues are the biggest reason for absence across teams, so understanding how you can impact the health of your team is a critical part of your role. Here you will be given resources and knowledge to help you really care for your people, to increase levels of engagement and some team activities you can deliver across the year to maximise the health and wellbeing of your team. You will also experience the power of mindfulness and stress busting Tai Chi first-hand.
Talent Development – My Team
Understanding the dynamics within a team is a key skill for not only the manager but those who work within the team. This workshop will give team members an awareness of how their team works together, tools to help move the team forward and the development of the ability to have open and honest conversations. Building trust and collaboration amongst the delegates through a shared exploration of their current team, they will leave with a deeper insight into how they can work effectively together, to not only drive performance, but to really enjoy working together in a great environment.
Talent Development – My Customers
We all expect high levels of customer service in our daily lives but rarely get a chance to really get under the skin of what great service looks and feels like, let alone being clear on how we should deliver great service for our customers or clients at work. In this highly interactive workshop, we delve into the world of customer service, giving delegates the insights from their own personal experience and the company service vision, to create their own personal customer service plan to take back to their workplace.
