Designed for both experienced and new team leaders and managers, this highly experiential workshop will equip you with the insights and tools you need to move your team to the next level of high performance. We'll help you diagnose the development level of your current team, and using our unique engage, enable, empower and evaluate model, explore the ways you can enhance the way they work together and deliver for their customers. Looking at what people really need from you as their leader, you will leave this workshop with a deep insight into not only yourself, but also your team and how you can positively drive performance, increasing engagement along the way.
Leadership & Developing Others
Optimising the performance of and providing development for your team is a key skill for every manager or leader. In this workshop we will look at maximising outputs, proactively managing your team's performance and motivating them to succeed. Understanding what motivates your team and engages them in their work and providing them with opportunities to increase their knowledge and skills, as well as supporting and driving their career forward are so important for individuals. You will leave this workshop with a far deeper understanding of how you can impact your team in a positive and engaging way.
Me and My Team Working Together
This workshop is designed to give delegates a deep and authentic insight into themselves – and the team they work with. Attendees will leave with a greater understanding of their skills, motivations and behaviours – and equipped with the tools to help them manage their workload and stakeholders more efficiently and effectively. Beyond that, the workshop helps delegates understand how their own personal style influences others, empowering them with the awareness to achieve more individually and as part of a team, by building positive working relationships and planning a new way of working.
Coaching & Mentoring Others
If you think about the best manager you have ever worked for, coaching will have played a major part in how they got the best from you, and there will be others who have provided advice and support outside of your direct line management through mentoring. In this workshop we will look at what coaching and mentoring are, and the different skill sets you need to perform both roles. Using innovative techniques, we will give you the skills to take back to your workplace to get the best out of the people you directly manage and those who you mentor and advise. Included in this workshop is live practice on a current issue to give you experience ready to take back to the workplace.
