Training & Development
Culturecog and its associates have many years of experience of running bespoke training programmes across several sectors and industries. The programmes and workshops are designed around what you want to achieve so that rather than being "off the shelf" they take into account your sector, your specific market conditions and the challenges facing you and your people.
The training we offer can be broken down into three areas:
- Culture Development Workshops – these workshops are aimed at all employees to help them attain a deeper understanding of several broad areas covering employee engagement and experience, visioning, wellbeing, stakeholder management and team building
- Leading and Development Workshops – this suite of training covers team leadership, coaching and mentoring others and developing stronger teamwork
- Talent Development – developing myself, my health and wellbeing, me and my team and my customers.
All the training can be run face to face or virtually.
